“New style, new management, and a new attitude! I lived at the Preston for several years and had a not so great experience throughout my stay. I have worked with several managers for over a year trying to track down my security deposit refund. I finally came in last week and spoke with the new manager Darryl and he not only got it located and reissued but he asked if I’d be interested to see their new renovation type apartment. Mind you, at no point did I mention that I was looking. But customer service came so naturally to him that he wanted to show me anyway to get my opinion as previous long standing tenant. It’s beautiful and this new company is doing the work! As a person who works hospitality and have done so for many years, I will never forget how that young man made me feel in that interaction. I am not even sure that he’s aware that I did this review but you folks gotta know that you have a jewel in that young fellow. He’s a rising star”
